Clear terms for minor & major projects

Read these alongside your fixed quote. We keep everything written and transparent.

Minor / mini projects

  1. Scope: covers a single system or core algorithm. Embedded hardware projects are limited to 4 modules / sensors / peripherals; mechanical projects are limited to a 10-part assembly or one mechanical system.
  2. Software stack: the ₹6,000 Python package is for the core algorithm/model without a full tech stack or web page. Adding a web app, dashboard or full stack moves the project into the major category.
  3. Hardware cost: the ₹5,000 embedded price excludes the cost of physical components/kit, which is billed separately at actuals.
  4. Deliverables: working project, source/CAD files, supporting reference materials, abstract & PPT.
  5. Timeline: typically 1–3 weeks depending on scope and component availability.
  6. Changes: requirements are locked at the start; major scope changes after work begins may be re-quoted.

Major / final-year projects

  1. Scope: full IEEE final-year project with advanced modules, novelty/comparison with the base paper and supporting reference materials for your report and PPT.
  2. Pricing: from ₹9,000 (MATLAB, Simulink, power electronics, embedded and mechanical) and ₹10,000 for Python with a tech stack/simple web pages; the final fixed quote depends on domain, complexity, modules and components, and is agreed in writing before any payment.
  3. Hardware/components: for hardware/IoT/mechanical builds, components and fabrication are charged at actuals over the guidance/development fee.
  4. Deliverables: working project, full source/CAD files, supporting reference materials, abstract, synopsis, PPT, mock viva and doubt support till submission.
  5. Timeline: recommended 3–4 weeks; fast-track delivery is possible for tight deadlines (subject to scope).

Common terms (apply to all projects)

  • Payments: milestone-based — 10% to start (including any hardware charges), 45% at development & demo, 45% before final delivery. The booking amount confirms your slot and title.
  • Quote first: a fixed, written quote is shared and agreed before any payment — no hidden charges.
  • On full payment: you receive all source/CAD files and supporting materials, your hardware/components are handed over (for hardware projects) and your offline classes are scheduled — all for your academic use.
  • Refunds: the advance/booking amount covers planning, base-paper selection and design effort and is non-refundable once work begins; please raise concerns early so we can resolve them.
  • Support: guidance and doubt support continue until your final submission and viva.
