These are minimums, not guaranteed deadlines. In a few exceptional cases we have completed a project in 3 days, but that depends on many factors and isn't possible for every project. Please collect your project at least 2 weeks before any college demo or presentation.
Every project includes about 3 hours of classes covering software installation, configuration and a demo of the working project: online for software projects, and offline on weekends and selected public holidays for hardware projects. We also share AI-generated technical details of your project and help with minor clarifications by text or phone (9 AM to 10 PM) until your project is closed. The complete theoretical understanding of the project, which your viva tests, is your responsibility: please consult your college guide, refer to textbooks or use AI tools.
Major Projects (₹10,000) cover full final-year scope, take a minimum of 4 weeks, and are eligible for up to 3 complimentary enhancement requests after completion. Mini Projects (₹6,000) are limited to one algorithm and one tool, take a minimum of 2 weeks, and do not include enhancement requests. Hardware Mini Projects are limited to 4 modules / sensors / peripherals, and mechanical Mini Projects to a 10-part assembly or a single system.
Absolutely. Every project is custom-built from scratch for you. We do not resell or recycle projects. You get a fully unique implementation every single time — not a GitHub clone, not a recycled copy.
We share a Synopsis document (~10 pages) within 2 days of registration, and a Detailed implementation document (~50 pages) within 1 week after the demo/handover. The Detailed implementation document contains report and PPT content (text and diagrams) without formatting, so you prepare and format your own report and presentation.
Enhancements are not part of the project fee, which covers implementation only. For Major Projects, after completion and full payment, we do up to 3 complimentary enhancement requests that are minimal-effort, feasible and need no third-party software, tool or subscription purchase (minimum 2 weeks each). Larger enhancements may be quoted separately. Mini Projects do not include enhancements. We decide what is technically feasible, and requests from your guide or college that go beyond the agreed scope are not taken up.
Of course! Share your concept and we'll do a technical feasibility analysis and give you a clear quote. If you're undecided, we can suggest 2–3 relevant project topics based on your domain and academic level. Once the scope is agreed in the Synopsis document, it is your responsibility to explain it to your guide and college.
Yes. We mainly use AI tools to implement your project better and sooner, so how your project is implemented depends on the faculty's and the AI's understanding. We don't own or take responsibility for anything the AI generates. We share the source files and project configuration steps with you, along with AI-generated technical details of the project to help you. Rely on us for project files, configuration steps and minor clarifications; for theoretical understanding, consult your college guide, refer to textbooks or use AI tools.
